Job brief    

An Upstate South Carolina company is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.  The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives by communicating with customers and prospective customers through inbound calls, emails, and online marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Produce new sales opportunities through inbound and follow-up calls
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and resolve customer service issues
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key customers and generate interest through follow-up and upsell
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospective customers
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality
  • Be flexible and adaptive to changing job responsibilities in a dynamic business environment

Requirements

  • Keep detailed records of customer communication in customer relationship management software.
  • Strong phone presence
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Independently take action beyond what is called for
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
